Good to Know

Please take a look at the hotel policies and procedures and read them carefully. By signing your hotel registration card at check-in as our hotel guest, you automatically agree to abide by these hotel policies and procedures.

Our Policies

What time can I check in?

Check-in begins at 4 p.m. Please be ready to present your ID card, passport, or temporary residence card upon check-in.

What time is checkout?

Checkout is at 11 a.m. If you require a later checkout, please contact the front office before 10 a.m. on your day of departure, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Be advised that a charge may apply, depending on availability.

Can I bring my pet?

No. Any evidence of pet(s) on hotel property or in a guest room will result in a $150 per day cleaning fee charged to the guest account. Any guest found with pet(s) in their room will be asked to leave the property immediately. “Service animals” with proper documentation are permitted.

What is the smoking policy?

The hotel is 100% smoke free. There are smoking areas outside of the building. A $150 per day cleaning fee will be charged to the guest account should smoking occur anywhere inside the hotel rooms.

What kind of Internet access can I expect?

Please note standard internet service is complimentary with room purchase and suitable for emailing and social networking. Please note that guest room Wi-Fi is not meant for streaming large media files, watching movies or gaming.

How does the Complaint/Damages Policy work?

If a complaint occurs due to the negligence of those occupying a guest room, disorderly conduct, unlawful activities, or repeated noise complaints, the offending guests may be evicted and/or receive additional charges to their account. If a guest is evicted, they are not entitled to any refund. If damages occur to the guest room or other areas of the hotel, the cost of the damage will be charged to the credit card registered upon check-in.

Where should I park?

Please park your cars in the area outside your room. Parking is not allowed at the beach area or behind the beach. The area behind the beach is reserved for boat trailers only, no cars allowed.

How do I reserve boat and/or trailer storage?

Boat and trailer storage requires a room reservation and must be reserved before check-in. All boat slips will be assigned prior to arrival according to the size of all boats arriving for the day. You may request a particular slip along with your reservation but please be aware this request cannot always be guaranteed.

Boat slips are $20.00 per night plus tax and will cover boat and trailer parking. Only one boat (or jet ski) slip per unit is permitted on the property.

The property's onsite boat slips can accommodate boats up to 25 feet in length. Jet skis or wave runners are permitted on the property for the same fee. We recommend using the free public boat ramp located on Sunset Point Park. You may also contact Founder's Park to drop your boat in for a small fee.

Can I fish at the hotel?

You can fish from our dock, but never discard fish entrails in the water near the dock, or any areas where others might come across them. Suitable alternatives include bagging and packing out entrails, disposing of it in water at least 25 feet deep, or placing waste inside designated trash cans on property.
